Ingredients: Freshly grated carrots, eggs, olive oil, gluten free (gf) tapioca starch, gf potato starch, gf corn starch, gf white rice flour, gf corn flour, xanthan gum, light brown sugar, organic vanilla extract, gf baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, & nutmeg
Optional ingredients: Raisins and Walnuts
Frosting ingredients: Egg whites, sugar, kosher salt, unsalted butter, & organic vanilla extract
Contains: Eggs & milk. With optional ingredient: Tree nuts.
All items are made in a home kitchen.
